Lecithin is a naturally occurring mixture of compounds, called phospholipids.
Lifeplan Lecithin capsules contain Lecithin from GM free Soya beans. Moreover, Lecithin is extracted at low temperatures from unrefined Soya bean oil. Thus, it maintains the nutritional value of the product.
In addition, Lifeplan Lecithin contains no sugar, starch, salt, yeasts, flavourings, colourings or preservatives
Use
As a supplement, take one or two capsules daily, preferably with a little liquid.
