Use:
Dissolve the content of a full sachet in 1.5 liters of warm water.
-for feet problems: soak feet in a large pot for 15-20 minutes. Scrub corns, calluses and dead skin with pumic stone, then rinse feet with fresh water and dry them well.
•for corns and calluses, soak the affected area daily till they are removed completely.
•for dead skin and feet soreness, use the salts twice 2 to 3 times weekly.
•for athlete’s foot and fungal infections, soak the affected area 3 timed daily.
-for bruises and muscle pain and cramps: Apply the dissolved salts as warm compresses to the affected area daily.
